So here is all the stuff (there goes the word stuff) that I have to talk about. On Friday, May 8, we went to a field trip to a place called McGowan Creek. There was some pretty cool stuff up there we got to eat plants (edible ones of course) see and hold beaver, mink and black bear skulls, we also got to see and hold dead bats and beaver fur.
There is also this contest to read for the World Record and the top ten schools that read the most minutes get mentioned in the 2010 Book of World Records for all of you in my class it is just like a Home Read.To go to the website click here. www.scholastic.com/summereading
I encourage all of you to join the contest and bring pride to your school.
GO! CENTENNIAL!
P.S. (this may be a once in a lifetime chance)

You have been VERY busy. Congratulations!
We even checked out your class web page and saw a picture of your diorama, plus the fact that you have been a Super Student twice.
We hope you will keep us posted about your progress in the reading competition!
