A freezin' cold weekend
Holy Cow... This weekend was cold, I know it was cold in the valley, but try going up to the mountains on a Boy Scout camp out. In the mountains it was about five degrees, but then you have to add in the ten degree wind chill factor. We left at about 6:30 PM and got into the the mountains at about 9:00 PM. All of the troop was freezing cold in like, fifteen minutes and then we had to go sleep in our tents that we had previously set up which were freakin' cold. I didn't sleep at all and my hands and feet had no feeling at all, I am not exaggerating at all. When we awoke up it was horrible.. my boots had snow in them and we had to pack up everything and put it in the truck... Nobody had fun and we definitely didn't go sledding or have snowball fights. As soon as everything was in the trucks (which happened quickly 'cuase everyone was cold) We left with the heaters at full blast. Then, no joke one of the trucks(we had two) had their engine overheat because it was frozen. So instead of taking about an hour to get home we had to get a part to fix the engine which took like three hours. So we got home at about 3:00 instead of 1:00. When I got home I took a long, hot shower and even still my feet and hands were still numb. On Sunday I woke up from going to bed still numb on my hands and feet, and I was still numb!!!!! Even as I am typing both of my hands and one of my feet are still numb!!! So I think that's all I can type at the moment. Oh except for one thing, On Friday I was playing Basketball during lunch and I was trying to stop a guy from scoring and my nail just split about halfway down, so ya that's it.

Here's what's up
So... Where should I start.... I'll start with what happened after the Basketball game. On Thursday I was
"randomly selected" (wink wink :) to take some stupid National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) from 1st-3rd period. Which conveniently happened to be during the period that my Science teacher was giving us all the notes we might have missed (which also included all the answers to the test) so that we could study for the test that was the very next day (Friday). So I think I probably got a B- because I didn't know half of what the test was asking. So I guessed on half of them and I know that I definitely missed about 5 questions on a test of about 27. All I have to say is that I am a little ticked off that the stupid school had to stupidly select me to do some stupid test that does nothing to affect my grade, but what the stupid test did manage to do is mess up my grade that will affect what happens to me in Science, High School and then College.
Then about halfway through the week our laptop completely started to die. It's battery was already dead but it didn't die when it was still plugged in...... until this week. So now we have to find a way to scrape some money up to get a new one.
Oh, and just to let you know some of the most annoying songs I've heard are.... not because their bad but that they are just way overplayed. Here they are:

District Champions!!!!!!
I only have a little bit of time so I'll make this short and write a bigger post on Friday or Saturday. Here's the news, my Basketball Team won our final game on Wednesday ending our season and leaving us with a perfect, no loss season. It is kinda' nice that we won our last game on our coaches birthday. So ya that's all I have time to type today.
P.S. Keep the comments coming and remember I won't usually type during the Mon.-Thur.time period.
P.P.S. Notice the reactions survey at the bottom of my posts.
